We understand our residents are not always available to be present while our technicians perform work in their home, by provideing us permission to enter, we can complete your request while you are out.
Yes, Woodside Village has on-site maintenance, including 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Work orders can be placed directly from your resident portal, email or by calling the office at (626) 965-4925.
If you do happen to get locked out of your home during office hours, please contact the office and our team will be more than happy to assist you. If this lockout occurs after office hours, you would need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.

An average application takes 72 hours to be approved.
You can pay rent online on our resident portal with a debit, credit card, or electronic check, in person with personal check or money order or electronically via a WIPS payment.
Yes, a minimum of $100,000 liability is required with a provider of your choice.
Spectrum is the internet and cable provider for our area.
Yes, we offer (2) options to exercise depending on which best suits your needs. Please contact us and we can go over them in detail.
You can set up your utilities on the provider website(s) &/or call them directly
Utilities are separate and they are not included in your rent.
Amenities
Yes, parking is available at Woodside Village.
Our community offers a BBQ/picnic area, 2 pools, laundry facilities with front-load LG machines, a courtesy patrol and a CARES team that hosts 3 social events each month at no charge to the residents.
The pool area is available to residents daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Woodside Village is a pet-friendly community. We allow 2 pets per unit; an additional deposit and rent are charged per pet.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Been less than a month since the move-in. Management staff (especially Kelly and Michele) has been A+. Super helpful whenever I've reached out and needed a little assistance here and there. Grounds are kept clean and the complex is quiet for the most part. Keep it up Woodside!

Been living here for about 7 years and it's been an amazing experience through out my stay with my family. It's not congested like other apartments out there and they always keep everything clean. Very close to almost everything you need on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this place not only on what I mentioned but it's also a safe area to live in.

It's been a year since we lived here. And there's nothing I'm against it of. It has clean surroundings, and we really feel safe here. Even the staff are great! If ever there's an issue they act on it immediately.I greatly recommend this apartment!
